Preperations & Epectations

Dumpster Delivery

Dumpster will be delivered the day before the job or morning of start. All cars MUST BE CLEARED from driveway & garage cleared if vehicle is needed PRIOR TO DROP OFF. Dumpster will not be moved until job is completed. 

Tarps on job sites

Yes, it rains in Florida. Our crews are prepared for the rain and will work accordingly. 

Magnet Sweeping

Through out the job we will marget sweep to clean up the nails from your room tear off. Please keep pets off grass & wear shoes if outside. 

Customer Checklist

Sign permitting documents. (NOC, Lien Law Affidavit, Permit, etc)

Remove any outside decorations, fragile pots, or anything of value that might be susceptible to damage.

Turn off the pool pump if applicable cover the pool with pool cover.

Remove any vehicles from the garage before dumpster delivery.

Cover areas near or under skylights/sun tunnels.

Remove vehicles from the driveway at the sheculed time of the delivery of materials.

If satellite dish is on the roof, please let us know if you would like to dispose of it. If you keep the satellite dish, please contact your service provider to reinstall it once the job is complete.

Remove or cover outside furniture.

Pets should be kept inside and away from grass until work has been completed.

If any lights, decorations or ornaments hanging from the wall may fall due to construction, please take them down until the job is completed.

If possible, please have the grass cut before the start of the roof. This will make magnet sweeping more efficient and effective.
