When a roof has reached the end rather than developed a problem. We will tell you which one you have, including when the honest answer is that a repair still makes sense.
Shingle roofing
Architectural and dimensional asphalt shingle systems. We are an Owens Corning Platinum contractor, which lets us offer manufacturer coverage most contractors cannot.
Tile roofing
Clay and concrete tile - replacement, underlayment renewal, cracked and slipped tile, ridge caps and valleys. Tile roofs across Palm Coast are reaching the age where insurers start asking questions about the underlayment rather than the tile.
Metal roofing
Standing seam and exposed fastener systems, replacement and repair. Metal is the system most often specified on coastal properties here.
Flat and low-slope roofing
TPO and modified bitumen over lanais, porches, additions and commercial buildings, including converting a flat addition to a pitched roof where the structure allows.
Commercial roofing
We hold a Certified Building Contractor licence (CBC1268928) in addition to our roofing licence, which matters on commercial work where the scope reaches past the roof itself.
Chimney work
Chimney flashing, chase re-siding, chase rebuilds, chase caps and crickets - the roof-side work where most chimney leaks actually begin. We do not do sweeps, flue liners, fireboxes or masonry.
What happens when you call
A roofer answers. We come out, get on the roof, and give you a free written estimate - what it needs and what it costs, in writing, before any work starts. An active leak is treated as urgent.
A signed inspection report for insurance or a real estate closing is a separate paid product, because that is a document you are buying rather than a quote.

Common questions
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. The written estimate for a repair or replacement is free. A signed inspection report for insurance or a closing is a separate paid product.
How fast can you get out for a leak?
Active leaks are treated as urgent. Call and a roofer will tell you honestly when someone can be there.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Most of our work is retail - homeowners paying for a roof directly. We can work alongside a claim when there is one, but we do not advise on coverage.
What warranty comes with the work?
Workmanship coverage in writing. Terms depend on the system - Standard and Oakridge shingle systems carry two years of workmanship coverage, while Duration, metal and tile systems carry ten. Exact terms are confirmed in the written contract, never verbally.
