Meet Mrs. Janie & hear her story
Our 2024 recipient is Mrs. Janie, a widow whose late husband served valiantly in Vietnam. His unwavering commitment to our nation is a testament to the sacrifices made by veterans and their families. After his service, he faced health challenges and sadly passed away in 2023 due to complications from Parkinson's disease, a battle he fought with courage.
Mrs. Janie’s home, a cornerstone of her life and memories, was in dire need of a new roof. The wear and tear posed a risk to her safety and comfort, and we knew we had to step in. Her story touched our hearts, and we are honored to have provided her with a roof replacement at no cost.

How We Chose Mrs. Janie
